We are seeking to appoint an experienced Digital Marketing Manager for our Head Office in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid.
This position will take the lead in developing the annual OUPE digital marketing plan. The post holder will be required to implement a new online practice for the organization which fully complements OUPE’s solid offline marketing position. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a central role in executing the strategy by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Spain (off-line marketing, ELT marketing, Oxford Educación Marketing and MyoxfordEnglish Marketing), and key stakeholders in OUP in UK.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the conception, development and delivery of OUPE digital marketing/ interactive strategies.
- Develop the online marketing channels - SEO/SEM, on-line media, email marketing, mobile, affiliate & sponsorship programs- emailing, SEO and SEM, and propose actions to promote creative business solutions to ensure quantitative success and profitability of the initiatives, new client capture and existing client loyalty.
- Take responsibility for, and launch social media marketing.
- Work closely with marketing teams and public relations to optimize offline initiatives to drive on-line awareness, and to increase visits to the corporate websites as well as conversion and revenue (the latter with respect to MyOxfordEnglish line of business).
- Develop customer loyalty strategies based on online support.
- Total accountability for promotional websites.
- Develop a business information system, capable of ensuring the proper market knowledge and therefore an accurate preventive and corrective decision-making. Create ad-hoc reports for the different business areas.
- Evaluate and analyze the traffic obtained in the various company webs and portals, and our customer’s navigation.
- For Mayoxfordenglish line of business, develop, implement and maintain key digital marketing activities to drive lead generation, direct response and sales impact. Conduct financial modeling including ROI and KPI’s for on-line marketing programs.
- Take the lead on implementation and management of key digital marketing platforms for insight generation and follow-up, social listening, ad/social targeting, CRM (newsletters).
- Manage third party digital marketing agencies, developers and designers to achieve seamless execution of all activity.
