Over a period of two months, Robert Quinn toured Spain to promote his new course book, Switch, and share some thoughts he has about teaching with us. We were all very excited to discover his new project, and everyone hugely enjoyed these practical and fun talks.
Getting Wise to Words
In this session, we discussed the importance of vocabulary breadth and depth in language learning, and looked at some practical classroom techniques for helping students to become more word-wise.
Digital materials presentation
Our OUP expert demonstrated the innovative digital materials that accompany the new course books, guiding teachers through the possible uses of an interactive whiteboard and other new technologies.
